Showing Instructions

Rentals can be shown Monday - Friday 9 am to 4 pm, or Saturday and Sunday 12 pm to 4 pm (Please call first to confirm.). Please call the phone number on the Listing to schedule a viewing.

 

Special Instructions

Complete Rental Application (1 application for each party, even if married), and include the application fee of $30 (cash or check accepted) per Applicant. The fee must be received in our office before the application can be reviewed. A credit and background check will be done on each applicant over the age of 18. It normally takes 3-5 business days to process applications.

 

Requirements

Generally, if accepted, Applicant must bring in monies due ( rent and deposit ) in the form of a money order/cashiers check at the time of signing the Rental Agreement. Keys and access cannot be given to an Applicant until all monies are received, unit is vacant, and the walk-thru is complete.

Rent must be paid by money order/cashiers check on the 1st of the month, unless otherwise stated in Rental Agreement. Rent not received in our office by 5 pm on the 5th will begin to accrue penalties.

All rental rules and regulations are strictly adhered to beginning when the Rental Agreement is signed. You must be present at walk-thru upon acceptance of rental prior to move-in, and approx. 2 weeks prior to move-out. This is for your convenience and to ensure you will qualify for the maximum refund due upon vacating.
